Tungo is operated by Digital Blue Solutions Limited ("Tungo", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number [company number], with its registered office at [registered office address].
These terms cover the Tungo website at tungo.xyz and the learner app at my.tungo.xyz (together, the "Service"). They don't cover software.tungo.xyz, which is an internal staff tool and isn't available to the public.
By creating a Tungo account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use Tungo. If you're agreeing on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to do that.
Tungo gives you short, repeatable language-learning tasks designed to fit into small amounts of time. Depending on what's available for your language pair, this can include the Reading Game, Picture Guessing Game, Listening Game, Missing Word Game, and text-to-speech practice.
We're always changing and improving what's on offer – individual tasks, languages, or features may be added, changed or removed. We'll try to avoid removing something you're actively relying on without reasonable notice, but we can't promise every feature will be available forever.
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with full access, and no payment details are needed to begin. Once your trial ends, you can choose one of two plans, billed monthly in GBP:

You can cancel your plan at any time – see section 5. You can also close your account entirely at any time from your account settings, or by asking us at [support email].

The Tungo name, logo, app, lesson content, and game formats belong to us or our licensors. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own learning – it doesn't give you any ownership over it.
