The Tutor Plan gives you everything in Full Access and brings up to 15 students in with you, each on a free account. You invite them by email, they practise in short daily sessions, and you can see who is keeping up and who has gone quiet.
Billed monthly, cancel whenever you like
From Settings, then Students, you send an invite to each student's email address. An invite holds one of your 15 places until you remove it, so you can set the whole class up before term starts and let them join in their own time.
Your student opens the link and makes an account. Their place is covered by your plan for as long as they are in your class, so there is no card to enter and nothing for them to cancel later.
Each student appears in your Students tab with their progress. You can see who has been practising and which words keep going wrong, which is usually clear a fortnight before it shows up in a lesson.
A student in your class is on the Student Plan. It is free to them and it is a real account, not a trial that runs out mid-term.
Everything in Full Access, so you are working with the same games and the same words your students see, one level ahead of them.
Vocabulary is not where lesson time is best spent, but it is the thing that decides whether a student can use what you taught them. A week between lessons is long enough to forget most of a word list. Ten minutes of drilling on the days in between is not much to ask, and it means the next lesson starts with words your students already half know, rather than with a recap. The games are short on purpose: they are meant to fit into a bus journey, not to replace your teaching.
Whether you remove them or you leave the Tutor Plan yourself, they keep their access for another 7 days and are told what is happening. After that they choose their own plan. Nothing they have learned is lost, and their streak and history stay on their account.
Yes. Removing a student frees their place straight away, so you can invite someone else into it. That is how most tutors handle a new term.
All six: Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish and Italian, from A1 up to B1. A student on the Student Plan can hold 2 language pairs, so a class learning Dutch from two different first languages works without anything special from you.
